I.Product Introduction
This training platform is suitable for all kinds of universities, junior colleges, higher vocational schools, and secondary vocational schools to carry out theoretical and practical teaching of air-conditioning assemblies; it can fully display the structure and working principle of air-conditioning assemblies, and help students understand abstract control theory; Diagnosis and detection of common mechanical failures of air-conditioning assemblies, training students' ability to analyze and solve practical problems.
This training platform includes 1 set of air-conditioning powertrain, 1 set of training platform, 1 set of measurement panel, and the corresponding file composition;
The platform is assembled from aluminum alloy. There are 4 universal casters (2 with brakes and 2 without brakes) on the bottom for easy movement.

III. Instructions
1. Place the equipment on a level hard ground and fix the self-locking casters of the system.
2. Check whether the parts are loose during transportation. If there is any looseness, please deal with it in time to avoid failure during operation.
3. Check whether the supporting connection line of the training system is intact, whether it is damaged, whether there is water stain or dirt on the joint
4. Check whether the metal parts at the connection line interface of the training system are intact, and whether the pins are bent or disconnected.
5. Connect 220V and 380V AC power supply
6. Turn on the "Ignition switch" on the training system, the system is powered on, and the instrument lights up, indicating that the training system is powered on normally.
7. Press the motor start button, the power motor starts, and drives the compressor to rotate
8. Operate the air conditioner control panel, and adjust the temperature, wind direction, and AC compressor as you wish.
9. When the controller meets the conditions, press AUTO, the AC clutch is engaged, and the electronic fan of the condenser rotates to work. The temperature of the air-conditioning pipe changes, the high-pressure pipe becomes hot, the low-pressure pipe becomes cold, and there are cooling water droplets on the pipe wall.
10. When the controller meets the conditions, press ECON, the AC clutch is separated, and the electronic fan of the condenser stops rotating.
11. When the controller meets the conditions, press the blue temperature button, the screen temperature will drop, adjust to the direction of low temperature, press the red button on the controller, the temperature will rise on the display, and adjust to the direction of high temperature.
12. When the controller meets the conditions, press the fan down button, the screen shows that the air volume is decreasing, adjust the blower rotation speed downwards, the controller meets the conditions and press the fan up button, the screen shows that the air volume is increasing, and adjust the blower rotation speed up.
