Description
MR3106 Hydrostatic Trainer Apparatus Hydrodynamics Lab equipment Didactic Equipment Vocational Training Equipment
1. Equipment Introduction
1.1 Overview
The hydrostatic training device is a discipline that studies stationary fluids, analyzes phenomena caused by hydrostatic pressure and determines the influence of forces. This product can be used to conduct experiments in the field of fluid statics. In addition, experimental units for studying capillary action and buoyancy are included. Hydrostatic pressure and surface tension are measured. In addition, an experiment uses a pitot tube and a static pressure tube to study the pressure component in a flowing fluid.
In order to make the functions and processes clear at a glance, the tank and the experimental device are designed to be transparent. The tank and the pipes are all made of plastic. There are various pressure gauges that can be used to measure the pressure and pressure difference of liquids, such as pitot tubes, static pressure tubes, pressure sensors with digital displays, double-tube pressure gauges or differential pressure gauges. The trainer has its own air and water sources. The closed water circuit includes a water supply tank with a submersible pump. An air compressor is also included to generate positive and negative pressure for air experiments.
1.2 Features
(1) Fluid statics teaching equipment is usually designed to be very intuitive, allowing students to directly observe the behavior of fluids and various physical phenomena such as pressure, buoyancy, and pressure distribution in static fluids. This intuitive performance helps students better understand theoretical concepts.
(2) The equipment usually includes multiple experimental settings, allowing students to verify theoretical knowledge through practical operations. For example, by adjusting the water level, changing the fluid density, or replacing containers of different shapes, students can directly measure and record data, thereby deepening their understanding of the principles of fluid statics.
