I.Overview

The combined Pressure, Level, Flow and Temperature, PH Process Control System is self-contained and has all of the features of the individual Level,Flow, pressure , Temperature and PH systems . The 4-20mA Analogue set-Point input allows various forms of cascade control to be implemented between linked or interactive control loops. The process set-point can be selected from the front panel, or in response to a logic input.
 

II. Equipment configuration:
1. Object of execution:
The subjects included: transparent plexiglass storage tank; Transparent cylindrical pressure tank and transparent cylindrical buffer tank etc.
Power system: consists of dc diaphragm drive pump, electric regulating valve, dc solenoid valve, turbine flow meter, etc.
All the accessories are made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel and acrylic, good corrosion resistance.
2. Actuators: high power PWM pressure regulating device and direct current heating tube make up the heating power, electric regulating valve, PWM speed regulating circuit and solenoid valve.
3. Detection sensor: (routine)
(1) diffusion silicon pressure transmitter 1: check pressure inside the pressure tank;
(2) turbine flowmeter 1: check the flow of power loop;
(3) Pt100 thermal resistance temperature sensor 2: used to test the pressure tank and the water temperature of the buffer tank respectively;
(4) control module: including one of the solenoid valve and electric regulating valve, for loop control and proportional opening flow control;
(5) dc diaphragm drive pump: dc 24V diaphragm pump 1, working pressure 0.8mpa;
(6) liquid level sensor (LVDT) : linear variable differential transformer LVDT for liquid level detection and control of pressure tank;
(7) float level gauge: 4 ball float, used to buffer water level detection and control of water tank;
(8) water quality monitoring instrument: an industrial on-line water quality monitoring instrument for water quality pollution detection and control.
