I. Product Introduction
This electric power steering and independent suspension training platform uses a Toyota front axle assembly as its base, comprehensively demonstrating the composition and working process of the electric power steering system and the front axle suspension system.
It is suitable for the teaching needs of schools for theoretical and practical training in electric power steering systems.
II. Functional Features
1. A realistic and operational automotive electric power steering system, fully demonstrating its composition and structure.
2. Adjusting the engine speed output simulation knob simulates changes in engine speed and vehicle speed. Turning the steering wheel left and right demonstrates the complete working process of the electric power steering system.
3. The training platform panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel that is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof. The surface is treated with a special primer coating. The panel is printed with a color circuit diagram that will never fade. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram with the actual device to understand and analyze the working principle of the automotive electric power steering system.
4. The training platform panel is equipped with testing terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals of the electronic power steering system circuit components, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.
5. The training platform is equipped with a diagnostic connector, which can be connected to a dedicated or universal automotive decoder for self-diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes of the electronic power steering system.
6. The training platform base is constructed of welded steel structure with a powder-coated surface. It features self-locking casters for flexible movement, safety, reliability, and durability.
