1 Product overview
1.1 Profile
This practical training device includes Siemens 200 smart PLC, practical training simulation module and other control objects. Through relevant experiments, it is familiar with the basic use and programming method of Siemens 200 smart PLC and the use of programming software. To train the students' corresponding knowledge and skills, which is suitable for the teaching and skill training assessment of relevant majors in university, college, higher vocational, high school, secondary vocational schools and technical schools. 
1.2 Feature
(1) Trainer using aluminum column frame and workbench structure, measuring instrument and practical power built-in integration installation, practical circuit and device adopts hanging box combinations, each unit with flexible, easy to use, not easy to damage.

3.1   Power control panel
Power control panel use aluminum structure metal panel, all close type boxes structure
3.2 Training workbench
Training workbench use aluminum structure. There are universal 4 wheels at the bottom of workbench, there are 2 breakers on wheel. The trainer can be moved or stop convenient . The workbench panel thick is 25mm high density substrate , there is high temperature high pressure anti-fire treatment process. It equip with three guide rail type drawer, 2 push and plug cabinet. The structure is sound and reliable, outlook is beautiful. 
3.3   Power control panel
(1)Single phase, three wire power input, it has been tested by leakage breaker control, it has emergency stop button, you can cut off electricity when emergency.  
(2) voltmeter and amperemeter act as output indicator, equip with 0-10V, 4-20mA forcing function generator. 
(3)It equipped with indicator, Europe power plug output, safety output sockets. 


(4)Inner AC power supply, with short circuit protection function.
3.4 Hanging box module
This module can satisfy students do a variety of different experiment, each test module is made, according to a standard size when installing the first module in the aluminum casting of beam in top insert card slot, and then aim the module bottom tank under push down, the module card on the beam.
