1.1 Overview
This training device is designed for in-depth study of thermodynamics. It allows the air to pass through different stages of the air-conditioning and refrigeration unit, and then enters a room where the temperature and humidity can be monitored in real time. The difference in air temperature and humidity is measured to analyze the cooling, heating, and humidification of the air. and dehumidification, so that students can understand the characteristics of the compressor and learn the specific operation and working principle of the compressor.
1.2 Features
(1) The training bench adopts an aluminum profile chassis frame structure. The structure is simple and solid, which reduces the overall weight of the equipment while ensuring its overall strength. There are 4 universal wheels installed at the bottom to facilitate the movement of the product.
(2) The equipment has a good safety protection system. The system power supply is controlled by a leakage circuit breaker to protect the safety of the compressor and the system; in the electrical control circuit, emergency stop buttons and reliable grounding protection measures can ensure the safety of equipment and people.
(3) The refrigeration cycle is equipped with high and low pressure protection switches. When the system pressure is abnormal, the compressor can shut down and start working immediately to protect the compressor and the system.
