1 Product Overview 1.1 Overview This hydraulic training device is designed with an open structure operation panel according to the requirements of the teaching syllabus for pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic control of mechatronics in colleges and universities, and combines the advantages of pneumatic relay control and hydraulic relay control experimental equipment. Various hydraulic components can be flexibly installed on the operation panel. All joints use two-end open and closed quick connectors to solve the problem of oil leakage in the hydraulic circuit. It is convenient and durable, reduces losses and is also conducive to maintaining environmental hygiene. The various components can be combined arbitrarily to form a hydraulic system with certain functions, which has strong practicality. 1.2 Features (1) The equipment is composed of a high-strength sheet metal frame, which is beautiful and durable. The bottom is equipped with universal wheels for easy movement; it is equipped with a cabinet for storing tools and devices, and the hydraulic station is integrated in the lower part of the equipment; the base plate for fixing various hydraulic valve blocks uses a special base plate profile, and the groove interval of the panel is 25mm, which can be conveniently plugged in and out of various components; the upper part is placed with various electric control hanging boxes, which is compact as a whole. The oil circuit overlap adopts an open and closed quick-change joint, which is easy to disassemble and does not leak oil.
