1 Product overview
1.1 Overview
Process control is the abbreviation for automatic control of production process, which is an important part of automation technology. 1.2 Features
1. It adopts industrial aluminum profile frame, transparent structure design, and open interface.
2. The product adopts a desktop structure, an all-aluminum alloy frame design, and a separate design for the control object and the control system. It can be placed on the operating table in combination, or placed separately according to needs.
3. The input and output interfaces of the device have good compatibility. The drive unit and the main control PLC unit can be easily replaced, which can be used as the load mechanism of the electronic circuit, and can be used as the execution object of the PLC control system, and can be expanded as needed upgrade.
4. The five thermal detection and sensing devices of temperature, flow, liquid level, pressure and composition widely used in industry can be diversified and related experiments can be designed.

5. The idea of time-sharing control can collect two or three parameters at the same time, for example, one set of flow measurement and one set of temperature measurement. The object system is made of all aluminum alloy. From an aesthetic point of view and without losing the concept of engineering, the object system of the process equipment professional laboratory is reviewed and built, and it will be built into a demonstration laboratory with the atmosphere of the times.
