1.1 Overview
MR-ZT19 is one of the different heat exchanger designs of the experimental bench. The experimental part is a teaching module used to study the heat transfer performance of the water storage tank with agitator and coil. During the experiment, MR-ZT19 was connected to the supply unit MR-ZT17. There is a hot water coil inside the water tank, and part of the heat energy is transferred to the cold water in the water tank when the hot water flows through it. In order to achieve the purpose of heat exchange, the agitator is designed to accelerate the heat exchange in the water tank, and the water flow is adjusted through the valve on the water supply device. The temperature of each point in the loop is measured by the temperature sensor inside the inlet and the mixing tank, and the measured value is directly displayed on the display screen. 

1.2 Features
MR-ZT19 tank heat exchanger is connected to MR-ZT17 for experimentation, which is convenient for disassembly and storage;
The experimental module hot water circuit has two different layouts to study the influence of hot water flow on the heat exchange process;
The experimental module is integrated with a stirring device to enhance heat exchange, and can also be used as an experimental control group to observe the influence of stirring behavior on the heat exchange process
During the experiment, the circulating loop water temperature and circulating water flow can be adjusted smoothly;
The tank heat exchanger adopts modular design, which is convenient for comparison and research
Transient data during the change of the workbench is directly displayed on the display in digital form;
