The whole rack uses international standard square tube, angle iron is with seamless welding, surface is under high temperature spray treatment after polishing, it is anticorrosive and anti-aging, does not fade, etc., the bottom of the rack is equipped with universal self-locking casters, convenient for the rack movement teaching.
Control panel is painted with color and intuitive SRS system schematic which is consistent with the original vehicle control system, and with manual and experiment guide books.

The bench enables students to understand the engine electronic control injection and sensor, actuator basic structure and working principle, and understand each sensor and actuator position and working principle through the object.
Through the computer detection terminals on the panel and with a multimeter, test voltage and resistance values of the position sensor and actuator. Set common faults of the engine, through the fault display, students do fault analyzing, detection and diagnosis training, which can cultivate students’ fault analysis, detection and diagnosis thinking ability.
