1.1 Product Description
MR139M Electric Pick And Place Module is an automated material handling equipment for teaching, designed for mechatronics, automation control and other professional courses in vocational schools. This equipment integrates electrical control, pneumatic technology and mechanical transmission technology, and realizes the automatic picking, transfer and placement functions of materials through PLC programming, which is suitable for basic teaching of automated production lines.
This module adopts mechatronics design, mainly composed of electric actuators, pneumatic adsorption systems and material detection units. The equipment detects the material status through micro switches, drives the robot arm to move by DC reduction motors, and completes material handling with vacuum suction cups. It has a station interlocking function, which can simulate the safety control logic of industrial sites and is an ideal training workbench for automation control teaching
