1.1 Product Description
MR009P Temperature Controller is a high-performance fluid control device designed based on the concept of modern industrial control. This product integrates advanced automation control technology, precise sensor detection system and reliable actuator, and realizes precise regulation and management of liquid temperature through highly intelligent control algorithm. As a special equipment developed for teaching and scientific research, this product adopts modular design concept, and each functional unit is carefully matched and optimized to ensure the stability and reliability of system operation. In terms of hardware configuration, this product uses industrial-grade control components and high-quality materials, including core components such as Siemens programmable controller, high-precision sensor and corrosion-resistant actuator. These key components are all from internationally renowned brand suppliers, with excellent performance and long service life.
It adopts standard industrial chassis design, with compact and reasonable overall structure and simple and elegant appearance. The front panel of the device is arranged according to functional partitions. The left side is the status indicator area, equipped with high-brightness LED power indicator light, and adopts eye-catching red light design to ensure that the operating status is clear at a glance. The central area is the signal interface area, which is equipped with analog input and output terminals that meet industrial standards. All wiring ports are gold-plated to ensure the reliability and stability of signal transmission. The right side is the actuator operation area, which integrates a stainless steel pneumatic control valve and a matching valve positioner. The valve body surface has been specially treated and has good corrosion resistance.

4. The external touch screen displays parameters such as temperature, pressure, valve opening in real time, and supports historical data recording.
5. Leakage protection circuit breaker, automatically cuts off power when overloaded or short-circuited.
6. Low-pressure protection of gas source (closes the valve when <0.2 bar) to prevent misoperation.
