MR010ME Equilibrium Of A Beam Mechanical Trainer Technical Training Equipment
I.Overview
This equipment is for mechanical engineering department or mechanics engineering department in university, it’s for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, Engineering Mechanics, Solid Mechanics major and other mechanics related department.
This equipment is used for measurement of support reactions of a simple beam or cantilever in equilibrium under different loads. It is to be used with Universal Base Frame.
The beam is supported by two weighing machines with knife edges fixed on to the pan. Load hanger with weights are hung on the beam between the two supports. In the case of a cantilever, a spring balance and a weighing machine are used.
Instruction manual is also included.
