I.Product Introduction

1. Place the equipment on a level hard ground and fix the self-locking casters of the system.
2. Check whether the parts are loose during transportation. If there is any looseness, please deal with it in time to avoid failure during operation.
3. Check whether the supporting connection line of the training system is intact, whether it is damaged, whether there is water stain or dirt on the joint.
4. Check whether the metal parts at the connection line interface of the training system are intact, and whether the pins are bent or disconnected.
5. Connect the three-phase 380VAC power supply, press the motor start switch, the power indicator light is on, and the engine drive motor drives the engine crankshaft pulley to rotate clockwise. If forward, the device is operating normally. If it is reversed, the device will be stuck, and any two phases of the three-phase power line need to be adjusted to make the motor rotate forward (when adjusting the line, the power must be cut off). Make sure that the engine rotates in a clockwise direction before you can do the experiment.
6. The motor rotates clockwise to drive the engine and transmission to rotate, and the operation of the engine and transmission motor can be observed. Combined with the working principle of hybrid, it is more effective to learn the hybrid system.
7. After the experiment is completed, turn off the motor start button, then turn off the main power supply, the motor stops rotating, and the experiment is over.
8. The oil channel is silver gray, the water channel is green, and the air channel is yellow.

9.If it is not used for a long time, when it is used again, it is necessary to use a brush to add oil, and maintenance can be used.
